The process
The WHOLE Process
Acrylic Hank Yarn Dyeing
Our dyeing process begins with carefully selecting high-quality acrylic yarns. The hank yarn
dyeing technique ensures vibrant and long-lasting colors. Here’s how we do it:
● Selection and Preparation: We choose premium acrylic yarns and prepare them for
dyeing by cleaning and soaking.
● Dyeing: The yarns are dyed in hanks using eco-friendly dyes in our state-of-the-art
dyeing machines, ensuring uniform color penetration.
● Rinsing and Drying: Post-dyeing, the yarns are thoroughly rinsed to remove excess
dye and dried under controlled conditions to preserve color fastness.
Weaving on Sulzer and dornier Machines
Once the yarns are dyed, they move to the weaving stage. We utilize advanced Sulzer and
dornier weaving machines to create high-quality fabrics with precision.
● Warping: The dyed yarns are arranged on a warp beam in preparation for weaving.
● Weaving: Using Sulzer and dornier looms, the warp and weft yarns are interlaced to
produce fabrics. These machines offer high-speed and precise weaving capabilities,
resulting in durable and consistent fabric quality.
● Inspection: Each woven fabric undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it meets
our quality standards before moving to the next stage.
Finishing Processes
The finishing stage enhances the fabric’s appearance, texture, and performance. Our
finishing processes include raising and blowing.
● Raising: This process involves brushing the fabric surface to create a soft, fluffy
texture. It enhances the fabric’s warmth and comfort.
● Blowing: Utilizing Decatising machines, we blow the fabric to remove any loose fibers
and ensure a clean, smooth finish.
Quality Control
Quality is at the core of our manufacturing process. At each stage, from dyeing to finishing,
our fabrics undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our high standards.
● Lab Testing: Samples from each batch are tested for color fastness, strength, and
other quality parameters.
● Visual Inspection: Our quality control team inspects the fabrics for any defects or
inconsistencies.
● Final Approval: Only fabrics that pass all quality checks are approved for packing and
shipping.
Packaging and Shipping
Once the fabrics are approved, they are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
● Packaging: Fabrics are rolled or folded, labeled, and packed in protective materials to
prevent damage during transit.
● Logistics: We coordinate with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to
our clients across India and beyond.
